Mccartney property management can put you into accommodations that will make you feel right at home. that means everything from luxurious condominiums in choice locations through out the aspen area. to entire homes with breath taking views - privacy and comfort. aspen is a very unique community of approximately 6000 year around residents. centered in the white river national forest - aspen is renowned as a winter and summer resort. if you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to your arrival date 90pct of the payment will be refunded.
If you cancel within 45 days of arrival and we are able to rerent the unit for the entire time of your original reservation 90pct of your advanced payment will be refunded if we can not re rent the room then no refund. all bookings will require 50pct deposit of the total rental charge within 10 days of the booking. the other 50pct will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
